Marvelous Village In The Park Exterior Design

There are six major building blocks of apartment clusters sprawled across a wide swath of land from the corner of Valley Lake Drive and Roselle Road in the northern part to the boundary of Golf Road and Valley Lake Drive in the southern part of the marvelous Village in the Park Exterior Design. A clubhouse and sales center offices are located near the lake.

A forest preserve area surrounds the building blocks numbers 1510 and 1427, 1410 and 1330 to provide natural coolness in the environment and fresh air for the residents. Wide parking spaces are found around all the six major building blocks of the marvelous Village in the Park Exterior Design. The lake at the center balances the picturesque view of the 7-floor apartment buildings and the woods surrounding the entire apartment community at Valley lake Drive.

The marvelous Village in the Park Exterior Design is sprawled in a serene but highly urban community close to the Interstate 90 highway. If you’re coming from Chicago, take the I-90 and turn left at Roselle Road along the major intersection at Schaumburg, then turn right at Valley Lake Drive.

Upon entering Valley Lake Drive, you will see an imposing structure on your right which is building complex 1510. The 7-floor inverted Y structure exudes an attractive beauty with light pink-brown color of the walls adorned with large blue-tinted glass windows on every floor and protruding wide balconies with railings. The entrance to the marvelous Village in the Park Exterior Design building is at the center.

On the left of the road is a similar high-rise structure but designed like a cross, a 4-winged building of the same 7 floors but of equal lengths or spans. Trees on the ground add splendor to the attractive beauty of the building. Behind building complex 1510 of the marvelous Village in the Park Exterior Design is a wide mini-forest with trails where residents can simply walk through and explore.

The large outdoor swimming pool by the road curve of Valley Lake Drive close to the sales center building and clubhouse emits a deep emerald or aquamarine glow from the water in contrast to the wide white lounging area for sunbathing and relaxing.

The meandering Lake Valley Drive from Roselle Rd ends at the south road entrance along W Golf Rd where the Schaumburg Marketplace is found. At night, the dancing lights on the lake add glitter and beauty to the place as the apartments in the background are internally lit and glow like golden lights, one of the best views of the marvelous Village in the Park Exterior Design.
